Enjoying seasonal ingredients is common throughout the world, but it is only in Japanese cuisine that you can enjoy “Hashiri”, “Shun”, and “Remnants”, the changing of the seasons. The chef of our sister restaurant, “Kenrokuen Chaya Kenjyotei,” will show you how to enjoy the delicate expression of the seasons.
