Established in 1859. We use rich, fragrant matcha green tea from Nodaya Tea, a shop with over 160 years of history in Kanazawa. The owner personally visits tea producers each year, to purchase only the tea leaves that meet expectations. Made with plenty of matcha green tea, and topped with a finish meant to evoke Kenrokuen Garden’s delicate moss. Enjoy the harmony of Kaga Bocha roasted tea kanten jelly, the fruit of the day, premium handmade sweet bean paste, chewy shiratama dumplings, rich matcha green tea ice cream, sherbet, and espuma foam.
